They believe in the team around them, they work hard and they’re not an overnight success. They’re just great people. They take advice and they’re just someone that you want to have a chat or have lunch or have a drink with. Do you need to be ruthless? Yes. Do you need to be relentless? Yes. But you can be all of these things while still being humble. Now every person is different, but I’m just talking about the clients that we have, the relationships that we have and those businesses that achieve the greatest results. So is there a correlation? I would say there is.
